Meet Lucy!
Lucy is the Owner of "The Finishing Touch" Wedding and Event Planning.
Lucy is a Terre Haute native. She graduated from Indiana State University with her Bachelors in 2019 and her Masters in 2021. Within her career she has planned and executed over 250 events including: banquets, business meetings, tradeshows, weddings, fundraisers, conventions, conferences, holiday parties, celebrations of life and much more! Her specialty is Weddings. Lucy has handled over 100 weddings within a three year time frame.
Lucy has planned, organized, and implemented multiple events within the Terre Haute Community, such as the 2017 Stand Up to Cancer Concert Benefit, numerous philanthropic campaigns, and much more! Her bubbly personality, expertise and dedication to detail make her an asset for your planning needs.

Meet Jeanine!
Jeanine is the Co-Owner of "The Finishing Touch" Wedding and Event Planning.
Jeanine has lived in Terre Haute her entire life, building her professional career and raising her family. She graduated from Indiana State University with her bachelors in 1985 and her Masters in 1990. She has taught students of the Wabash Valley for nearly 30 years! Her love for event planning started long before that. She taught her daughter everything she knows!
Jeanine specializes in special events. She has planned and organized a wide variety of events including: High School Proms, Weddings, Celebrations of Life, Retirement Parties, Bridal Showers, Work Holiday Parties and much more! Her creativity, sharp organization, and passion for events make her a blessing to the team!

Meet Cathie!
Cathie is the Design Consultant for the “Finishing Touch” Wedding and Event Planning.
Cathie has lived in Terre Haute her entire life raising her family and growing her career. Cathie taught Marketing at Terre Haute North for 29 years and managed DECA both locally and at the State level. Cathie graduated from Indiana State University in 1991 with her Bachelors in Business. She graduated from Indiana Wesleyan in 2000 with her Masters in Education, as well as her Administrative License.
Cathie’s keen eye for design and choice in decor makes her the perfect choice for any special event. Cathie has planned, decorated and executed events such as Weddings, Proms, Baby Showers, Birthday Parties, Family Reunions, Holiday Parties, Business Competitions, and much more! She will bring your ideas and visions to life through her expertise, experience and guidance!
